Atelier Détails ships worldwide.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping and delivery times. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and customs processing.

For made-to-order items, additional production time may apply. Estimated production times, when applicable, are indicated on the product page.

Customs Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees paid to third parties are non-refundable by Atelier Détails, including in the event of a return or exchange. Customers may be able to request reimbursement of certain duties or taxes directly from the relevant customs or tax authority.

Atelier Détails is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for additional fees imposed by customs authorities, carriers, or other third parties, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
